Sometimes you need to remove some applications from your iPhone wallpaper, without removing the applications themselves. Let's say that the child accidentally deleted important programs, or that your friends will not see the applications that they are not supposed to see. In the end, maybe you want to keep only the default application on the first screen.
How to do it? There are several options.
Hide the default application
This trick can be used to remove from the home screen by default app - Safari, Camera, FaceTime and iTunes.
- Open the "Settings" - "General"
- Turn restrictions and set the password, if you have not done so already
- Under the heading "Allow" you can hide the sliders applications
Hiding all downloaded applications
In this manner, removed applications that you've downloaded yourself. That is all that is not available in a brand new iPhone.
- Open the "Settings" - "General"
- Open the "Limits" and make sure that they are configured
- Scroll to the "Permitted content" header and from there select "Programs"
- Tapnite "Deny" and all of the applications you've downloaded will disappear from the desktop
Note that all these actions are not removed, but only hide the application, so nothing to worry about.
