Moscow started issuing QR codes for access to cafes and restaurants. Here's how to get them

From June 28 in Moscow, to visit catering establishments and public events of more than 500 people, you will need a special QR code. It will also be needed to access the summer verandas of the cafe from July 12. You can get this code right now - for this on June 25, a special portal was launched, but there are also other ways.

How to get a QR code

• With help electronic medical records (via the "Digital Certificate" option).
• In the mobile application "EMIAS.INFO".
• On the site immune.mos.ru.
• In the city polyclinic through the infomat or the registry.
• On the portal gosuslugi.ru or in the mobile application “Gosuslugi. Stop coronavirus. "

The received QR code must be saved in the smartphone's memory or printed. The code has a validity period, which will be indicated on it.

Who can get the QR code

• Those vaccinated with the second component of the vaccine (or single-component vaccine) registered in Russia.
• Recovered from COVID-19 in the past six months.
• Having a negative PCR test valid for three days (PCR testing is required in one of the laboratories in Moscowconnected to the UMIAS system).

Vaccination or negative PCR test certificates will not be accepted when visiting catering establishments - a QR code is required.
