Funchoza with chicken and vegetables

Make chicken funchose for lunch or dinner - a very simple dish with the amazing aromas of soy sauce, paprika and garlic.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Onions 1 piece
- Bell pepper 1-2 pieces
- Tomato 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp spoons
- Funchoza 200 g
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method
Cut the chicken into slices, the onion into half rings, the pepper and tomato into strips.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the fillets until it changes color from pink to light brown.
If desired, you can add ready-made fried or baked fillets, cut into pieces, to the vegetables.
Add the onion and cook for about a minute.
Add pepper and tomato to the meat and stir.

Season with pepper, paprika and soy sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
It is better to determine the amount of sauce to your taste.
Meanwhile, pour boiling water over the funchose for 5-7 minutes. Drain the water.
Add chopped garlic, noodles and cucumber to the skillet and stir well.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving.
