This unusual American version of minced goulash is made with pasta, soy sauce, hard cheese and pepper.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. For 7-8 minutes, stirring, fry the minced meat with chopped onions and garlic. Drain off any fat that will be melted.
Add water, tomato and soy sauces, diced tomatoes and peppers, lavrushka, salt and paprika. Simmer on low heat, covered for 20-25 minutes.
Add pasta to the meat and cook for about 20 more minutes, until they are tender enough.
Sprinkle finely grated cheese on the finished dish, leave for 5 minutes and stir.
