Original fish cakes with crab sticks

These juicy crab-stick fish cakes are as easy to cook as usual, but their flamboyant look will turn any family meal into a little celebration.

Ingredients
- Onions 1 piece
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Fillet of white fish 800 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Fish spice mix to taste
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Crab sticks 200 g
- Sesame 1 tbsp a spoon
Cooking method
Peel the onion and garlic, chop at random and grind together with the fish fillet using a meat grinder or blender into a homogeneous mince.
Add the egg, salt and spices to the minced meat to taste, mix thoroughly.
Cut the cling film into squares with a side of 20-30 cm, grease each with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Place 3-4 tablespoons of minced meat in the center of each square, form a flat cake out of it.
Place a whole crab stick on each tortilla. Carefully lift the edges of the film and cover the stick with minced meat.
Wrap the cutlet tightly in the plastic, give it an even shape and tie the edges of the film with thread.

Boil the cutlets in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or steam for 12-15 minutes.
If desired, ready-made cutlets can be fried in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Remove the finished cutlets from the foil and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
