Snack cake with crab sticks

Make ready-made waffle cakes filled with crab sticks, eggs and cream cheese for the holiday. Its delicate taste will captivate guests.

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Crab sticks 300 g
- Processed cheese curds 250 g
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Wafer cakes 6 pieces
- Greens 2-3 sprigs

Boil eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. Cool and clean.

Coarsely chop one or two crab sticks and save to garnish. Grate the curds and the remaining sticks on a coarse grater, the eggs on a fine grater.
Put the processed cheese in the freezer for 20-25 minutes. This will make them easier to rub.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Place the first crust on a dish and spread the filling over it in an even layer, pressing down slightly. Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients.
Grease the finished cake with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with chopped crab sticks. Leave in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or more.
Remove the appetizer from the refrigerator 15–20 minutes before serving and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
