Fried eggs with bacon, potatoes and cheese

Make scrambled eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. The potatoes and cheese make it hearty, while the onions, garlic and herbs make it very flavorful.

Ingredients
- Bacon 4 slices
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 piece
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Cheese 100 g
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Cut the bacon into small pieces and place in a skillet preheated over medium heat. Cook for a few minutes, until the meat is browned.
Place the bacon on a plate and add the chopped garlic and onion to the skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and add to the same pan along with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes or longer, until the potatoes are tender.
Spread the potatoes slightly to make 4 holes and beat in the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Cook over low heat, covered, for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the lid and sprinkle the eggs with bacon, leftover cheese and herbs.
