Pilaf with chicken and mushrooms in the microwave

Pilaf cooked in the microwave, of course, differs from the traditional one, but it turns out to be tasty and aromatic in its own way and cooks much faster.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 500 g
- Butter 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Onion 2 pieces
- Rice 150 g
- Water 200-250 ml
- Vegetable mix 225 g
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Champignons 125 g
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Preheat large utensils in the microwave at full power. For this, 7 minutes is enough.
Roll the chicken fillet with a rolling pin or beat off a little with a hammer, and then cut into cubes about 4 cm side.
Lubricate microwave ovenware with butter. Add chicken, press lightly, then cook without lid on full power for 4 minutes.
Turn the meat over and cook for another 1 minute under the same conditions. Season with salt and pepper.
Place rice on the meat, cover with water and cover. Cook at full power for 6 minutes. Stir 5 minutes after boiling.
Add the vegetable mixture, chopped tomatoes and mushrooms to the rice and meat. Mix well, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer under the same conditions for 3 minutes.
Then stir, cover again and simmer on medium power for 1 minute. During this time, stir 1-2 times.
Remove the dishes from the oven and, without opening the lid, let stand for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Add salt and pepper again to taste and sprinkle with herbs.
