This interesting spaghetti pie is easy to cut with a knife. Two types of spicy cheese and aromatic meats give regular pasta a rich flavor.

- Spaghetti 450 g
- Salt to taste
- Bacon 150-200 g
- Butter 1 piece
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 240 ml
- Heavy cream 120 ml
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Parmesan 280 g
- Dutch cheese 170 g
- Parsley ¹⁄₂ bunch + for serving

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Cut the bacon into slices and brown in a dry skillet.
Instead of bacon, you can take ham, then you do not need to fry it.

Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Oil a baking dish.
Cookware with a diameter of 23 cm is perfect.
Whisk the eggs with milk, cream, salt and pepper.
Coarse cheese, chop the parsley. Throw everything into the milk mass and stir.
Throw the spaghetti in a colander to drain excess liquid. Add to the prepared mixture and mix everything again.
Transfer to mold and smooth. Bake for about 35 minutes.
Let the pie cool for 10-15 minutes, then turn upside down on a platter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
