Ingredients
- Spaghetti 230 g
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tsp spoons
- Large eggs 4 pieces
- Sugar 150 g
- Ricotta 450 g
- Milk 480 ml
- Sour cream 230 g
- Butter 60 g
- Vanilla extract or cinnamon to taste
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Lemon 1 piece

Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the package.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
Enter ricotta. Then add milk, sour cream, melted butter, vanilla or cinnamon and salt. You can add grated lemon zest. Whisk everything again.
Drain the liquid from the spaghetti, put them in the cheese mass and mix thoroughly.
Transfer everything to the prepared form. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the egg mass has set.
Let the casserole sit for about 15 minutes before slicing.
