Puff pastry quiche with ham and cheese

If you have a pack of ready-made dough, be sure to make this simple quiche with ham, egg topping, and cheese. Ideal for a leisurely breakfast.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tsp spoons
- Puff pastry 250 g
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 120 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ham 150 g
- Cheese 80-100 g
- Green onions or other greens to taste
- Dried herbs to taste
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Grease a round shape with a diameter of 20-22 cm with oil.

Roll out the dough in a round sheet. It should be slightly larger than the diameter of the mold. Put the dough in it and press it to the bottom and sides.
If the dough is hanging, trim off the excess.
Whisk the eggs, milk and salt.
Cut the ham into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the greens.
Combine the meat, most of the cheese, and herbs. Distribute over dough.

Pour the milk and egg mixture over the ingredients. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
You can sprinkle dried herbs on the cake.
Bake the quiche for 25–35 minutes, until the dough is lightly browned and the egg filling has set.
