Borek with meat filo dough

Borek is an oriental pie with the thinnest layers of crispy dough and spicy meat filling. Anyone can make such baked goods!

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Minced meat 800 g
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp the spoon
- Paprika 1 tsp the spoon
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp spoons
- Butter 3 tbsp. spoons
- Filo dough 300 g
- Sesame 1 tbsp the spoon
Cooking method
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry the minced meat in a dry frying pan until brown.
Add onion, salt, pepper and paprika to the pan, stir and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add tomato paste to the pan, fry for another 2-3 minutes. Cool the finished filling completely.
Line a round baking dish with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Melt the butter. Cut the dough into large rectangles and stack in piles of 2-3 sheets.
Put the filling on the edge of the sheets, roll them into tight rolls. Arrange the rolls in a spiral shape into the mold.
Brush with the remaining butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
