Proper coffee is sold in glass or cans. It is worth it, of course, a lot of money. A cheaper option - vacuum packaging. Examine it carefully, it should be flat-bottomed, thick (three-layer) and be sure to valve, which allows to go out carbon dioxide, which is released some time with coffee grains. And also thanks to him, you will appreciate the aroma of coffee, slightly pushing in the package.
The true coffee drinkers prefer if you do not fry, it really grind the coffee yourself accurately. And rightly so. In the first place, so you'll save most of the essential oils and therefore flavor. Secondly, in the ground coffee unscrupulous manufacturers can add a variety of edible and inedible impurities, which you will find only at home, through a series of simple experiments.
