Shepherd's pie with chicken, spinach and cheese

English Shepherd's Chicken Pie turns out to be very fragrant and satisfying, and mashed potatoes with the addition of cheese make the dish even tastier.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and boil until soft in 10-15 minutes. Empty the pan.
Purée the potatoes. Mix it first with one or two tablespoons of butter, salt, pepper and coarsely grated cheese, and then with the yolk.
In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender.
Add chopped chicken and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and cook for another 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Peel and chop the tomatoes. Add to the same skillet along with the broth. Simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
To easily peel tomatoes, pour boiling water over them for 15–20 seconds, and then transfer them to cold water.
Thaw the spinach and squeeze lightly to remove excess moisture.
Add the herbs to the skillet, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the mixture from the skillet to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180-190 ° C.
