Chicken potato casserole

This flavorful and juicy potato chicken casserole is easy to prepare. Cover the fillets with vegetables, sour cream and cheese and bake until golden brown.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillet 500 g
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Onions 3 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Potatoes 4-5 pieces
- Sour cream or mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons
- Cheese 100-150 g
Cooking method
Cut the fillets into medium slices. Lubricate a baking dish with half the oil and place the chicken on the bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Chop the onions and carrots finely. The latter can be grated. Divide vegetables into fillets.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cover the vegetables with them.
Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and brush with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Cover the tin with foil. Place in an oven preheated to 210 ° C for 60–80 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the grated cheese on the casserole and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
