Potato casserole with chicken and mushrooms turns out to be very tasty. Under a layer of thin vegetable slices - fried mushrooms, fragrant fillets and brown bacon.
Cut the bacon into slices. Place in a skillet preheated over medium heat. Fry until crispy.
Add finely chopped onion and brown it. Tilt the pan slightly so that the fat drips to one side. Put bacon and onion on a plate.
Turn up the heat. Arrange the mushrooms, cut into large pieces. Stir and fry until browned. Season with salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices. Chop the fillet into medium pieces. Toss vegetables and chicken separately with salt, pepper and garlic.
Put the ingredients in a mold in the following order: chicken, half of the bacon and onions, some grated cheese, mushrooms, leftover bacon and onions, some more cheese and potatoes.
Combine the broth and cream and pour the mixture over the potatoes. Cover the tin with foil.
Cook in an oven preheated to 230 ° C for 15 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180 ° C and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for another 20-30 minutes.
