Scotch eggs in pancake bags

A popular British dish with an even more original twist. Scotch eggs in pancakes will surely surprise even a gourmet.

Ingredients
- Raw egg 1 piece
- Minced meat 280 g
- Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Flour 130 g
- Breadcrumbs 130 g
- Boiled eggs 4 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1 l
- Pancakes 4 pieces
Cooking method

Mix the minced meat with chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into four portions.
Use whatever minced meat you like.
Whisk a raw egg in one bowl, add flour in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
Peel boiled eggs. Roll each in flour first, then wrap with minced meat and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Gently dip the eggs in there and fry for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
Place the finished eggs carefully on paper towels and cool slightly.

Place each egg in the middle of the pancake. Lift the edges of the pancake and tie with herbs so that the egg appears to be in a bag.
Any greens will do: chives, dill, parsley, rosemary or thyme.
