Stuffed eggs baked with béchamel sauce is an unusual hot appetizer that will perfectly complement main courses.

Ingredients
- Boiled eggs 7 pieces
- Ham 60-80 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp spoons
- Cheese 80-100 g
- Greens to taste
- Butter 60 g
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 350-370 ml
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Cooking method
Cut the eggs into halves and separate the whites from the yolks.

Cut the ham into small pieces or grate on a coarse grater. Combine with chopped yolks, salt, pepper, paprika and mayonnaise.
Other ingredients can be used for the filling.
Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add sifted flour and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour milk into the pan in a thin stream, stir. Season with pepper and nutmeg and cook until thick.

Fill the egg halves with the filling and place in a greased pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese and sauce.
Some cheese can be left to serve.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and herbs before serving.
