Vivaldi's browser has learned to block annoying cookie notifications

Here's how to enable this feature on Android and PC.
Due to the adoption of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), many sites began to overwhelm users notifications about the need to confirm the use of cookies and consent to the tracking of certain action. For everyone who is already pretty fed up with these windows, Vivaldi in their browsers added a new feature called Cookie Crumbler.
With it, Vivaldi's desktop and Android browsers will automatically block annoying pop-up cookie reminders. The function complements the built-in blocker advertising, which in theory already helps to avoid the various tracking methods used by sites. Now users will be able to get rid of the dialog boxes that the blocker was missing.
As the developers themselves note, users in situations with toast notifications usually mindlessly click “Allow” or “accept” without realizing that they are giving permission to trackers to create behavioral profiles about them. This leads to the emergence of even more annoying ads and banal surveillance of user actions on the Web.
Unfortunately, some sites use too sophisticated ways to display such notifications, so Cookie Crumbler cannot guarantee 100% protection. In addition, there may be cases when the function does not block a specific plate, but the entire website. That is why the function is not enabled by default, but is available for manual activation.
To enable Cookie Crumbler on Android, open your browser settings, go to the "Privacy" section, then select "Tracking and ad blocking" and "Ad blocking". In the list that opens, check the boxes next to "Delete cookie warnings".
On a PC, the same is done through the "Privacy" settings section, where under the "Blocking surveillance and advertising" column, you need to open the blocking lists and put similar checkboxes in the right places.
Chrome, by the way, has a similar function, but it is only available using third-party extension.
