Ingredients
- Curd 550-600 g
- Sour cream 200 g
- Sugar 60-70 g
- Butter 100 g
- Poppy 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender or rub through a sieve to make it more homogeneous.
Mix sour cream with sugar. Add cottage cheese and softened butter. Beat everything with a blender so that there are no lumps.
Separate about a quarter of the mass and mix with the poppy seeds.
Cover the form for Easter with gauze and put part of the curd mass in it so as to cover the bottom and walls.
Put the curd-poppy mass in the center, and the rest of the usual mass on top.
Place the dish in a deep bowl. Cover the curd with gauze, and on top place a saucer and a small load, such as a jar of water.
Refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Periodically drain any liquid that is discharged.
Take out Easter carefully, add some festive decor if desired.
