Easter cottage cheese with cheese and cream is very tender and tastes like ice cream. Any nuts and dried fruits can be added to this Easter.
Rub the curd through a sieve and mix with the cheese.
It is better to take dry cottage cheese.
Beat the yolks with a mixer with vanilla and regular sugar.
Bring the cream to a boil and gradually pour into the yolk-sugar mixture, whisking continuously.
Add room temperature oil and mix again with a mixer.
Cover the form for Easter with gauze and put the curd mixture in it.
Place the dish in a deep dish and refrigerate overnight. Periodically drain any liquid that is discharged.
Remove the finished Easter from the mold and decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
