Marvel releases first teaser trailer for 'Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings'

A teaser trailer for the film "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" has been released on YouTube. This is the first Marvel blockbuster about an Asian superhero.

According to the plot of the film, Shang-Chi must become the successor of his father, a crime boss. Throughout his childhood, he was prepared for this throne and trained in martial arts. But when the hero found out about his father's crimes, he decided not to continue his work, but to leave and live on his own. However, he will not be able to escape from his past so easily.

The main role in the film is played by Simu Liu ("Space", "Dark Child"). Also in the film starred: Awafina, Michelle Yeo, Florian Munteanu, Ronnie Chien, Tony Leung Chu Wai and Chen Fala. It was directed by Destin Cretton, best known for Just Have Mercy and The Glass Castle.

The film will be included in MCU phase 4 and starts at the worldwide box office on September 2, 2021.
