Chocolate curd easter without eggs

Chocolate curd Easter is a delicate dish with a creamy flavor. Experiment with the decoration to make it look even more appetizing.

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 200 g + for decoration
- Cream, 33-35% fat 250 ml
- Cottage cheese 500 g
- Vanilla sugar 10 g
- Powdered sugar 60 g
- Butter 60 g
Cooking method
Break 200 g of chocolate into pieces, put in a saucepan and pour half of the cream over.
Heat over low heat or a steam bath and stir until the chocolate is dissolved. Cool afterwards.

Rub the curd through a sieve. Mix with vanilla sugar and powder, then add softened butter.
If the curd is too wet, squeeze it out first.
Pour melted chocolate into the curd mass little by little and continue stirring.
Beat the cream with a mixer to get a dense, stable foam.
Add cream to the curd mass and stir gently.
Cover the form for Easter with gauze. Lay out the curd mass and cover with the edges of the cheesecloth.
Place the dish in a deep plate and press down with a small weight on top.
Refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Periodically drain any liquid that is released.
Decorate the finished Easter. For example, melted chocolate.
