Kulich without yeast with chocolate icing

The cake without yeast resembles a cake, it turns out soft and tasty. The dough is prepared without milk, with corn flour and baking powder.

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Water 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Powdered sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
- Wheat flour 125 g
- Corn flour 50 g
- Baking powder ¹⁄₂ tsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Chocolate paste 200 g
- Nuts or coconut to taste
Cooking method
Use a mixer to mix eggs with hot water until a thick foamy mass is formed.
In a separate bowl, stir together the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
While stirring constantly, add the sugar to the egg mixture and beat for another 2 minutes.
Combine wheat and corn flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Sift half into the egg mixture and stir gently.
Repeat the process with the rest of the flour.
Grease the molds with oil and fill halfway with the dough.

Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Check the readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the baking dry.
While stirring continuously, melt the chocolate paste in a water bath.
Fill a pastry syringe with it and decorate the cooled cakes.
Sprinkle them with chopped nuts or coconut.
