Potatoes with minced meat in the oven is a hearty and simple dish that is very easy to prepare. A must try for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
- Onion 1 piece
- Minced beef or pork and beef 450 g
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 450-480 ml
Cooking method
Cut the potatoes into slices and boil in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Then drain the liquid and rinse the potatoes under cold water.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes. Add minced meat and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Stir so that no large lumps remain.
Add chopped garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika to the meat. Stir and remove from heat after a minute.
Grease a baking dish with oil. Put about ⅓ potatoes in it, and spread half of the minced meat on top. Repeat the layers one more time and cover the meat with the remaining potato pieces.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and minced meat.
Bake for about 45–55 minutes at 180 ° C.
