Cabbage casserole with minced meat

Cabbage casserole with minced meat is made from a large number of vegetables. Therefore, it turns out very juicy, and sour cream and cheese filling give it a delicate taste.

Ingredients
- Onion 3 pieces
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Cabbage 750 g
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground dried garlic to taste
- Minced meat 650 g
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp spoons
- Tomato 2 pieces
- Sour cream 200 g
- Hard cheese 120 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Peel the onion, cut two heads into small cubes. Peel and grate the carrots.
Chop the cabbage thinly. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet.
Saute the onions for 3-4 minutes, add the carrots, stir and cook the vegetables until tender for another 4-5 minutes.
Pour the cabbage into the pan, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and garlic to the cabbage to taste, stir and remove from heat.
Grate the remaining onion on a medium grater and mix with the minced meat. Fry the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for 8-10 minutes.
Add tomato paste to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate the deep mold with the remaining oil.
Put half of the cabbage on the bottom of the mold, brush it with half of the sour cream, place half of the minced meat in the next layer.
Lubricate the minced meat with the second half of the sour cream and lay out the remaining cabbage, level it with a spatula. Place the tomatoes on top of the cabbage.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix thoroughly with the egg and sour cream. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
Cook the casserole in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
