Ingredients
- Rice 250 g
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Champignons 350 g
- Minced meat 500 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Hard cheese 200 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Cream 15% 250 ml

Rinse the rice, boil in salted water until tender and cool.
How to cook rice for perfect rice
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Peel the onions and carrots and cut them into small cubes. Cut the champignons in the same way.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Pour carrots and mushrooms to the onion, stir and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
Add minced meat to vegetables, mix thoroughly and fry for 10-12 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, mix well with eggs and cream.
Put rice and sautéed minced meat with vegetables in an even layer.
Pour the casserole with the egg mass and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
