Cooking method
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Chop the chilled butter finely. Pound everything together with flour to make crumbs.
Add the egg, lightly beaten with salt, and quickly knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a layer and place in a baking dish. Be sure to make high sides.
Bake the tart base for 10 minutes at 175–180 ° C. Cool slightly.

Boil 4 hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and cut into halves.
Eggs can be simply chopped and mixed with cabbage.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. For 2-3 minutes, fry the medium-sized chopped bacon, add the onion and cook the same amount.
Squeeze sauerkraut and place in the same pan. Season with salt, pepper, stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat, cool and add chopped herbs.
Place the cabbage, onion and bacon on top of the dough. Place the halves of the boiled eggs on top.
Whisk eggs with cream, lightly salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the cabbage.
Bake the cake for about 35 minutes at 175–180 ° C.
