Ingredients
- Pitted dates 150 g (about 20 pieces)
- Canned white beans 175 g
- Salted peanut butter 160 g
Cooking method
If the dates are hard, soak them in hot water for 15 minutes. Then pat dry with paper towels.
Rinse the beans and also blot with napkins so that there is no excess liquid.

Whisk the beans, dates, and peanut butter in a blender. Stop the appliance periodically and scrape the ingredients off the walls. You should get a homogeneous mass.
Use thick peanut butter. If it and the dough itself are thin, you can add a little oat flour.
Form the dough into small balls. Flatten and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press down with a fork to create a pattern.
Cookies can be chilled a little in the refrigerator and eaten immediately. In this case, it will be soft. If you want a denser cookie, bake it at 180 ° C for 12 minutes immediately after cooking.
