Tortilla horns with chicken salad

Prepare tortilla horns for the holiday instead of regular tartlets. The chicken and vegetable filling with yoghurt dressing goes well with them.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 350 g
- Salt to taste
- Small tortillas 5-6 pieces
- Onions ½ pieces
- Celery 3 stalks
- Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pieces
- Walnuts 25 g
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp spoons
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Mustard 1 tsp the spoon
- Parsley 3-4 sprigs

Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water until tender, cool and cut into small cubes.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the tortillas in half and roll into cones. Secure them with toothpicks and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the horns for 15 minutes, then cool and remove the toothpicks.
Cut onion, celery and cucumbers into small cubes. Finely chop the walnuts.
Combine yogurt with olive oil and mustard, add salt to taste and stir well.
Combine chicken with veggies and nuts and mix with dressing.
Spoon the salad into the tortilla cones and garnish with parsley.
