Smartphone users Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 complain about screen problems

Fonearena Portal writes about numerous complaints about the screens of new smartphones of the series Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. Many buyers are faced with incorrect operation of the sensor - sometimes the display simply does not respond to touch. Here's one of the complaints on Twitter:

One of my friends bought a new Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 phone on March 18, and from March 20 he started to face touch input problems, he couldn't even type normally. He applied for a replacement, and his phone was exchanged for a new one on April 1.

Today is April 6th and he faced the same problem. He asked about this at the service center, and he was told that it was not because of the hardware, but because of the software, so you need to wait 1-2 months until the software update is released. He doesn't want to wait 1-2 months.

Some users have also complained about the Redmi Note 10 Pro screen flickering issue. One of them saidI noticed this issue when the display refresh rate was set to 120Hz. Another user addedthat flicker is especially noticeable in dark mode.

@geekyranjit@Dhananjay_Tech I started using redmi note 10 pro today and I noticed minor screen flickering issues when on 120Hz but the same is not on 60Hz, are you facing the same or is it just me? Also is it software or a hardware issue?
