Pizza with chicken and mushrooms

Thin crust, tender sauce and cheese crust. This chicken and mushroom pizza tastes like julienne. If you love this dish, be sure to try it.

Ingredients
- Flour 250-280 g
- Fast-acting yeast 8-10 g
- Salt ¾ tsp spoons
- Sugar 1 tsp a spoon
- Water 160 ml
- Olive oil 3 tbsp spoons
- Chicken fillet 200 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Champignons 100 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 150 ml
- Flour 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Combine half the flour with yeast, salt and sugar. Pour in warm water with oil and mix well.

Add the remaining flour gradually, kneading into a soft, elastic dough.
You may not need all the flour, watch out for the consistency of the dough.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a napkin and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Cut the chicken, onion and mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Roast the chicken for about 5 minutes. Add the onion and mushrooms and cook the same amount together.
Pour milk into the same frying pan and, stirring occasionally, add flour, salt and pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until thickened. Cool afterwards.
Form the dough into a thin layer up to 30 cm in diameter and place on a baking sheet or baking sheet.
Place the filling on top in an even layer and sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
