3 personal stories of how people help each other during an epidemic

The Podorozhnik podcast is a joint project of Lifehacker and Yandex. Taxi". In the second season, we talk about the heroes of our time - people who, even in a pandemic, continue to work, do good deeds and help others.
In every episode of the podcast, we meet three characters. These are people of different ages, different professions and from different cities. In our podcast, they will share their tips and thoughts to help you survive the quarantine easier and better understand what is happening in the country during a pandemic.
1:22 - get to know the heroes of the second episode. Nikolay (IT-entrepreneur from Ulyanovsk), Timur (driver-partner of the Yandex.Money service) talk about the changes in their lives during the coronavirus pandemic. Taxi ”from St. Petersburg) and Alexandra (student-archeologist from Moscow).
1:53 - we are talking about how you can help others in this difficult time. Timur delivers parcels, Nikolai develops a special application to help the townspeople, and Sasha delivers food to the elderly.
4:40 - we recall the moment when it became obvious that the epidemic would come to Russia. Nikolai admits that he immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and sent his elderly parents out of town. Sasha began to leave the apartment only when absolutely necessary and to help people.
5:50 - we are talking about the main changes around, which were noticed by our heroes. From the appearance of fear to approach each other to the feeling of elbowing, the feeling of mutual assistance - the polar observations of Sasha, Timur and Nikolai.
7:45 - talking about precautions. So, Nikolai learned with difficulty not to touch his face, Timur always wears a mask and disinfects the car after each shift, and Sasha uses gloves.
8:50 - we understand relationships during a pandemic: help from colleagues, support from friends and acquaintances, new acquaintance with relatives.
10:10 - we listen to the heroes' tips that will help to survive the quarantine easier. “Loving your neighbors”, “not being an alarmist” and “observing self-isolation, saving the world without getting up from the couch” are the recommendations of Sasha, Timur and Nikolai.
