1. Collect hundreds of Instagram likes
Have you heard about the Mpemba effect? This is the name of the scientific paradox, according to which hot water freezes faster than cold water. In practice, you can use it to take cool winter photos or write a dozen or so stories for your subscribers to delight.
For everything to work out, it must be really frosty outside - from –20 ° C and below. Boil water and pour it into a saucepan or metal mug. Throw hot liquid into the air (again: strictly outside and in frost!) In an arc - it will turn into a kind of ice cloud.
2. Clean grass from jeans
Do not rush to run to the store for a stain remover, ordinary boiling water will cope with dirt no worse than heaped means. Stretch denim over a saucepan or metal bowl and pour boiling water over the stained area.
After this procedure, the spots will become noticeably paler. To permanently remove them, wash jeans by hand or in a typewriter. This works on fresh stains, so don't delay washing.
It is created using the patented WATERWAY PRO technology - no need to flip the lid to pour water into the kettle. A special valve automatically opens when filling with liquid, and then closes itself.
3. Remove red wine stains
Such a life hack will help to quickly remove dirt from a cotton shirt or linen tablecloth, but it is better not to use it for synthetics, wool and silk. Blot the fresh stain with a tissue, stretch the cloth over a saucepan or bowl, and pour boiling water over the stained area until the wine marks disappear.
For particularly stubborn stains, use fine salt: mix it with water to a gruel state and apply to the dirty area. Wait a couple of minutes and wash off the salt with boiling water with the addition of citric acid (approximate dosage is 1 teaspoon per 1.5 liters of water). Then wash the thing as usual: by hand or in a typewriter.
4. Make a face mask
Boiling water is an ingredient in several homemade beauty masks. For example, you can make a cleansing with it, which will get rid of blackheads. Combine a tablespoon of gelatin and three to four tablespoons of boiling water, mix thoroughly. When the gelatin dissolves, add 1.5 tablespoons of cosmetic black clay and stir again. Let the mixture cool slightly and use a brush to apply to the T-zone or all over the face, bypassing the eye area. Remove the dried mask in a single layer from bottom to top, and rinse off the remains with warm water.
Boiling water makes it easy to make a gentle oatmeal scrub. Pour boiling water over three tablespoons of oatmeal to make a gruel. When the mixture has cooled, apply it on your face, and after 5-10 minutes, rinse off with massaging movements.
Instead of water, you can use chamomile infusion. In pharmacies, it is sold in filter bags - this will be more convenient than messing around with filtering. Brew one packet with a glass of boiling water and let it brew for 15 minutes. This liquid will even replace toner: keep it in the refrigerator and wipe your face after washing. The shelf life of the infusion is 2-3 days.
5. Prepare a towel for washing
Using a hot towel, you can cleanse the skin from the remnants of the face mask. Dampen a terry towel or muslin napkin with boiling water, and when the fabric has cooled slightly, squeeze out the excess water and rub your face with gentle massaging movements.
To remove makeup, apply a hydrophilic oil or balm to dry skin and massage your face. Instead of special products, you can use coconut or olive oil. Gently wipe your face with a hot, damp towel and complete the cleansing process with a foam or gel wash.
Get a separate small towel for this and send it to the wash after each use. You can purchase a set of 5 or 7 to wash at the end of the week.

Pour boiling water into a saucepan or saucepan so that it covers the bottom about 10 centimeters. Season to taste and let the water simmer over low heat. Break 4 fresh eggs into a fine strainer to drain off excess protein. Whisk the contents of the strainer in a separate bowl and pour into a saucepan - to make it work, use a spoon to twirl the whirlpool in it.
Cover and count to 20 - you're done, the eggs are ready. Remove it with a slotted spoon, and shake off excess water or remove with paper towels.
7. Perfectly sliced soft bread
If the bread is very fresh, it is difficult to cut it even with a special knife with a wave-like cutting edge. The pieces crumple and crumble, and you can only dream of beautiful sandwiches
Pour boiling water over the knife blade and slice the bread immediately. So even a freshly baked loaf can be cut into thin slices.
8. Knead special dough
Boiling water can be added to the dumplings or pancake dough to make it more elastic and durable. The former will not fall apart during cooking, and the latter will turn out to be thin and delicate.
To make a dumpling dough, beat one egg with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add three glasses of flour, stir and pour in a glass of boiling water. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes: first with a spoon, and when it has cooled down, with your hands. If it sticks to them, add a little flour. The result is a smooth and elastic dough that is easy to roll out. It is suitable not only for dumplings, but also for dumplings or pasties.
For the pancakes, beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and a couple tablespoons of sugar. Pour half a liter of milk into the mixture and stir. Add one and a half cups flour in small portions, mixing the dough thoroughly. In consistency, it should resemble thick kefir or drinking yogurt. Pour 300 milliliters of boiling water into the dough and mix again. Let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes and bake the pancakes.
