Unihertz Jelly 2 smartphone presented on Kickstarter crowdfunding. It is positioned as the smallest Android 10 smartphone with 4G support. It was created especially for those who are not used to modern “shovels”.
The gadget received a 3-inch display with a resolution of 480 × 384 pixels (326 ppi), a MediaTek Helio P60 processor, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory expandable with microSD cards. Autonomous work is provided by a 2000 mAh battery, which allows the Jelly 2 to work without recharging for up to two days. The USB-C connector is used for charging.
Under the display of the device there are classic touch buttons for controlling the system, and above the screen there is an 8 megapixel selfie camera. The main module on the back has a resolution of 16 megapixels. There is a fingerprint scanner underneath. For navigation, support for GPS, GLONASS and Beidou is provided.
On the side of the case there is a programmable button, by pressing which you can launch any application or function. It is also worth noting the presence of two slots for SIM-cards, NFC for contactless payment and a 3.5 mm audio port, allowing you to use the Jelly 2 as a simple player. With all this, the dimensions of the smartphone body are very modest: 95 × 49.4 × 16.5 mm with a weight of 110 grams.
The price of Unihertz Jelly 2 on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform was initially $ 129 (≈9,200 rubles), but now order a novelty possible for at least $ 159 (≈11,300 rubles). Judging by the number of orders, and there are already more than 3 thousand of them, there are still quite a few fans of compact smartphones.
