The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications has released the official application "State Services Stopkoronavirus" for registration of digital passes. Already now, residents of the Moscow region can use it, but not Moscow - other technological solutions operate there, noted on the website of the Ministry of Digital Development.
Through Stopkoronavirus State Services, you can choose a status that suits you and fill out a questionnaire to receive a mobile pass in QR code format. It will be possible to present it electronically on a mobile device or in a printed form to law enforcement officers, if necessary.

To register, you will need to enter your username and password from your account on public services. If not, you must register. You will also need to enter passport information and residence address, upload a selfie and indicate the presence of symptoms, if any. For every need to leave the house, the user must indicate the reason. In the Moscow region, passes will begin to operate from Wednesday, April 15.
Residents of Moscow can get pass through a special form on the mos.ru website. To do this, you need to log in to the portal, select the service "Obtaining a digital pass to move around the city of Moscow", enter the required data and submit an application.
Judging by the rating of the Stopkoronavirus State Services application and user reviews, not everyone is satisfied with the measures for introducing passes and the service itself. How do you feel about this initiative? Let us know in the comments.
