10 most downloaded apps and games of the decade

Analytical company App Annie told about the most outstanding mobile applications of the last 10 years. They named the most downloaded games and programs, as well as the most profitable projects that brought the most money to developers.

Most downloaded apps

It turned out to be easy to guess the leaders of this list. The first four lines are Facebook services. Snapchat and Skype follow. Apps from China are in seventh and eighth places - TikTok and UC Browser. And the top ten are closed by YouTube and Twitter.

Most downloaded mobile games

The most downloaded game of the decade was the runner Subway Surfers. Second place is Candy Crush Saga, followed by Temple Run 2. Beyond the Pedestal: My Talking Tom, Clash of Clans, Pou, Hill Climb Racing, Minion Rush, Fruit Ninja, and 8 Ball Pool.

Megapopular PUBG Mobile and COD Mobile are not included in the top ten. Pokemon go not on the list either, but this game entered the top of the most profitable projects - it is on the eighth line.

The most profitable mobile games

Clash of Clans comes first, followed by Monster Strike and Candy Crush Saga. Next - Puzzle & Dragons, Fate / Grand Order, Honor of Kings and Fantasy Westward Journey, which are not available in Russia. Rounding out the top ten is Game of War - Fire Age and Clash Royale.
