Windows 10 finally has the ability to make and receive calls from a smartphone running Android 7.0 and newer. Previously, this function was available only in the insider assembly of the Microsoft system, but now it has become available to everyone. This was announced via the official Twitter account.

To make calls, you need Your Phone on Windows and Your Phone Companion on Android.

With these applications, you can connect your smartphone to your computer and answer SMS right from the big screen, view notifications and photos, receive incoming calls and make calls. In the case of calls, the sound will be output through your PC.
If the calling function is not displayed for you, you should wait a bit until an updated version of the application becomes available for your device.
