Avito Delivery can be connected to all goods that are suitable in weight and dimensions, or selectively.
- In the first case - open the profile settings, find the "Avito Delivery" column there and switch the switch to the active position - it will turn blue.
- In the second case, go to the product card and also move the Avito Delivery slider: when the option is disabled, it is colored gray, when it is activated, it is blue.
How to ship the goods and where will they arrive?
Buyers
You can get an order in two ways. First - delivery to the point of issue. The order will be delivered to one of the partner delivery points. There are more than 40,000 of them in 650 cities of the country, including branches of the Russian Post. You will be able to choose a convenient option on the map during ordering. Pick up the goods - at any time within five days after receiving the notification of its delivery.
Second - courier delivery. It is of two types:

When you receive information about the order, select a convenient pick-up point on the map or order a courier.
If you have chosen the first method, you will need to take it to the pick-up point of the selected service within a few days from the moment the buyer paid for the goods. To complete the shipment, you will need a passport and a special code - it will be indicated in the order message. You don't need to write by hand and fill out forms: you just put the goods in the box, show the document and name the code. Then the employee of the reception point will do everything. Do not forget to pick up the invoice with the signature and stamp of the item employee. Keep the document with you until you receive money for the goods.
You can send goods by courier only in the city.
How to pay for shipping and order?

The order is made on the website Avito or through the app, you need a bank card to pay. The required amount is reserved on it and goes to the seller's account only after you receive the order.
Shipping cost depends on the region, delivery service and product price.
After placing the order, just in case, write to the seller: make sure he received a notification and find out when he will send the parcel.
For sellers
The buyer pays for shipping, so you use the service for free.
After the client receives the package, you will receive a notification. Then you will need to fill out a form with information about the card, and that's it: the money for the order will go to it.
How do I get the goods?
Buyers
When the parcel arrives, you will receive a message with a code in the Avito messenger - you will need to name it at the point of issue. Take your passport with you - you will also be asked to show it.
Courier delivery can be contactless: for this, ask the courier to leave the order at the door.
You can check the item at the pick-up point or at home before purchasing.
Inspect the order carefully upon receipt. Usually 15 minutes are given for this. Make sure the item matches the description. Check if there is any damage (scratches, chips) on the item itself or packaging. If everything is in order, go to Avito and in the correspondence with the seller, click the "Goods received" button.
If you received the goods at the point of issue, but you cannot check it on the spot, let's say there are no suitable cables or sockets in the point, proceed as follows:
- Examine the goods externally: if there is no damage, confirm receipt and take the order.
- At home, check the product for performance. Try to film the process.
- If something goes wrong with the purchase, write to the seller: explain the situation and try to negotiate.
Contact Avito support if the seller does not contact. Attach video and product photos, screenshots of correspondence.
What if the product doesn't fit?

No problem. Just after checking, you need to issue a refusal to purchase at the point of issue or from the courier. Avito will send the order back to the seller, and you will be refunded both for the goods and for delivery. You do not need to pay for the return of an unsuitable item.
For sellers
Do not worry. If the goods did not suit the buyer, he will refuse it at the point of issue: the item will be returned for return, and it will return to the same point of receipt at which you delivered it. And if courier delivery was chosen, the goods will be brought to your home.
What should I do if the item is damaged during delivery?
Buyers
Everything is just as simple: you issue an act of refusal, and you will be refunded.
For sellers
The goods may be damaged during the first shipment or during the return. In any case, you should not worry - the cost of the loss will be compensated by Avito.
Inspect the returned goods at the point of issue: it is advisable to record the process on video. If you notice that the item is damaged, contact the staff of the item or the courier to draw up an act. Commit all detected changes in it. Then write in support of Avito. Take the product with you - it may come in handy during the refund process.
If the order is lost during delivery, you also need to inform the support service. The cost of the goods will be compensated.
