Samsung smartphones have had a Find My Phone feature for several years now - like Find My iPhone in Apple devices, it allows obtain location data of a lost smartphone and, if necessary, transfer data from it and lock the device remotely. You can also use it to reset your PIN or key-password if you cannot remember it. And if previously only Wi-Fi or mobile Internet worked for Find My Phone, now Bluetooth is enough.
Looks like Samsung just added offline finding to Samsung's Find My Mobile.

A well-known insider from XDA Developers Max Weinbach drew attention to this. He posted screenshots of the offline mode that appeared in the Find My Phone settings (to find it, open your smartphone settings and select Biometrics and Security → Find My Phone).
According to the description, this will allow you to find your device via Bluetooth through any Galaxy smartphone or tablet that is within range (that is, within a radius of about 10 meters). This will be useful if your phone does not have mobile Internet, or you dropped it somewhere where there is no network (for example, in the forest).
The new feature will also be useful for finding accessories such as Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Buds. Their location data will be available if this is the last device that connected to your smartphone.
