From June 1, 2020, Moscow residents will finally allowed walk and play sports. True, these indulgences entailed a number of new restrictions and rules that must be followed. Here's how the capital will live for the next two weeks.
Can I walk freely? Everyone?
Yes, from June 1 to June 14, there is a new experimental "walking mode" that allows you to walk without a pass. True, it's important to keep the schedule composed the mayor's office of Moscow for all houses in the city.
You can find out the walking schedule for your home through City Hall website or "Yandex. Cards»- just enter your address. Each house has three days a week. On these days, you can walk from 9:00 to 21:00.
It is forbidden to leave the house only for citizens:
- sick with COVID-19;
- with suspected coronavirus infection;
- having signs of ARVI and persons living with them;
- citizens who are obliged to comply with the self-isolation regime by order of a sanitary doctor (for example, after returning from abroad).
And if you break the walking schedule?
Compliance with the walking rules is monitored by the police and the administrative and technical inspection. They may be asked to provide proof of residence at a specific address. If a violation of the regime is revealed, then law enforcement officers can issue a fine in the amount of 4-5 thousand rubles.
It is not necessary to carry the original documents with you, you can take copies or just take a picture of them with your smartphone.

Where can you walk?

No. While walking, you cannot use public transport, cars and motorcycles. To do this, you already need a pass. If you want to get to a park or other location for a walk, you can use a bicycle or scooter, including an electric one.
By the way, the city bike rental has resumed its work since June 1. Anyone wishing to take a bike must use gloves or, after the end of the rental, disinfect the handlebars, brake levers and other parts of the bike with which there was contact.
Is it possible to run and play sports?
You can go in for sports, and even every day, but only from 5:00 to 9:00. Field of 9 am - only if the walking schedule allows.
You can jog or do some outdoor exercise in the park with your personal sports equipment. However, it is impossible to use sports fields, including football fields: they are still closed.
Do you still need masks?
The mask mode is now enhanced. When leaving home, all residents of Moscow are required to use respirators, masks or other respiratory protection. This also applies to walks and even sports.
Do not forget about gloves. They need to be used at work, on public transport, shops, pharmacies and any other institution.

What about animal walking?
You can take your pet with you when you go hiking. There are no restrictions on the radius of movement. The main thing is to observe the same precautions, as during the self-isolation regime.
Where else can you go from June 1?
From June 1, all shops, hypermarkets, weekend fairs, car dealerships and other services that do not require long-term contact with customers have resumed work.
Restaurants, bars, fitness centers, baths and saunas, nightclubs, libraries, children's play clubs and hairdressers are still closed - they will be reopened the last.
And why do you need to issue a pass?
With passes, everything is the same: they are needed for travel to work, to medical institutions or on personal matters, as well as for volunteering. You can issue or check your pass at website mayor's office of Moscow.
What will happen after June 14?
The current measures are relevant for the capital only until June 14, but it is likely that most of them will be extended until the end of the month.
