Xiaomi has officially revealed the Mi 10 Youth Edition - it is not directly mentioned, but judging by the characteristics, we have a Chinese version Mi 10 Lite 5Gpresented at the end of March. The novelty differs from the European version minimally, which cannot be said about the price tag.
In terms of performance, these two models are completely identical. 6.57-inch AMOLED display has a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and supports HDR 10+, processor - 8-core Snapdragon 765G, supplemented with 6 or 8 GB of RAM, depending on the modification. There is a 5G modem, there are two slots for SIM cards.
The main camera is 4-module - the main sensor of 48 megapixels is complemented by ultra-wide-angle, telephoto and macro sensors. Periscopic TV set: it provides 5x optical and 50x electronic zoom. The front camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels is located in a teardrop notch in the display. The 4,160mAh battery supports 22.5W fast charging. Out of the box, the smartphone runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 shell.
There are only two significant differences. Unlike its European brother, the Youth Edition received not three, but five colors. In addition, the Chinese version received an additional version with 256 GB of storage, while the Mi 10 Lite has an older model with 128 GB.
The novelty will go on sale in China on April 30, and soon after that it should appear on AliExpress. Prices for the domestic market are already known:
- 6 GB + 64 GB - 2,099 yuan (≈22,070 rubles);
- 6 GB + 128 GB - 2,299 yuan (≈24,170 rubles);
- 8 GB + 128 GB - 2,499 yuan (≈26,280 rubles);
- 8 GB + 256 GB - 2,799 yuan (≈29,430 rubles).
Recall that the European version should be released in May at a price of 349 euros (≈28 200 rubles).
