You will need:

• elastic bandage - wide enough to attach the shield to the forehead;
• foam rubber;
• transparent plastic cover taken from a folder for papers - not soft, but dense;
• stationery knife or scissors;
• stapler;
• double sided tape.

Cut enough elastic bandage to wrap around your head. Then take a transparent cover. If it just fits in a folder, great, get it out. Otherwise, cut out of the folder with scissors.

Prepare several identical pieces of foam around the width of the cover. Connect them together - if the foam rubber has a sticky layer, as in the video example, glue it like this. Or use Scotch. This is necessary so that the plastic is not located close to the face, but at some distance.
