Xiaomi has released the first sports bracelet in the Redmi series. Its name is quite logical - Redmi Band. It received a 1.08-inch rectangular color display with absolutely flat glass.
Its main difference from Mi Band models is the charging method - the accessory no longer needs a special cradle, since the USB connector is now hidden right under the strap. The same design is possessed by Honor Band 5i and Realme Band.
The capsule with the screen itself is made in black, but the straps can be of different colors. They can be replaced if necessary. Available in Orange, Olive Green, Blue and Black.
As for the functions of the Redmi Band, here is a basic set: physical activity tracking, 5 sports modes, 24/7 heart rate measurement, sleep monitoring and notifications from a smartphone. There is no NFC and GPS. In terms of autonomy, 14 days of operation are declared in normal use.
In China, the bracelet will be available in the coming days at a price of 99 yuan (≈1,100 rubles).
Also today Xiaomi released an updated model of fully wireless Mi Air 2S headphones.
