Asus presented ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 dual-screen gaming laptop. The main 15.6-inch display, depending on the modification, can have a 4K 60 Hz panel or FHD and 300 Hz. In both cases, support for Nvidia G-Sync synchronization technology is provided.
Much more interesting was the second screen with a diagonal of 14.1 inches and a resolution of 3840 × 1100 pixels. It can be angled directly above the keyboard and act as an extension of the main panel, or it can be used as a separate display area.
According to Asus, the second screen is useful for both work and play. On it you can bring out editing tools in Photoshop, a mixer in audio editors, or a timeline bar when creating videos.
Game developers will also be able to adapt their product interface to this panel. Support for Dying Light 2 and League of Legends is now available. Adaptation of Fortnite and CS: GO is expected soon.
The ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 lineup will feature two models: the GX550LXS and GX550LWS. The most expensive will receive an Intel Core i9-10980HK processor, a GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER graphics card with 8GB of video memory, 16 GB expandable RAM, 2TB SSD and 90Wh battery with USB-C or Thunderbolt 3. Also worth noting is support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0.
It will be possible to buy a laptop at the end of May at a price of $ 2,999 (≈233,000 rubles).
