Apple to release affordable iPad and Watch Series 6

Apple has decided not to revise its plans for the release of the next MacBook Pro laptops, HomePod smart speaker, iPad tablets and Watch Series 6 watches. All these new items should be presented by the end of 2020. About it writes Bloomberg citing anonymous sources within the company.

According to the publication, some of the Apple developers are still visiting the offices in Cupertino. Other employees from San Diego, Italy, Germany and Asia were allowed to work on prototypes right from home. Apple only requires them to communicate with each other using FaceTime, Slack, or Jabber. This will allow them to maintain confidentiality and prevent data leaks.

Phonearena suggeststhat the new smart speaker could be either HomePod 2 or HomePod-mini. As for the Apple Watch 6, it should get a new sleep tracker, blood oxygen tracking, Wi-Fi 6 support and even a fingerprint scanner. The latter will be built into the Digital Crown, about this reports TechRadar.
