From March 30, for all residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, a home self-isolation mode, allowing you to leave the apartment only in case of emergency. Other regions of Russia began to follow the example of the capital, and their number is growing.

Residents of all these entities are allowed to leave the apartment only in the following cases:

• seeking emergency medical care and other direct threats to life and health;
• commuting if you are required to go to work;
• making purchases at the nearest store or pharmacy;
• walking pets at a distance not exceeding 100 meters from the place of residence (stay);
• need to take out household waste.
