Apple will not delay production of the iPhone 12 and will still release it in fall 2020. About it writes Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the situation.
Formerly the Japanese Nikkei website reportedthat Apple thinks about postponing the release for two reasons: due to possible low demand and problems with the supply of components due to the pandemic coronavirus. The second problem was dealt with by the supplier Foxconn, who resolved the issue with the workers and was able to return to the previous pace of production.
Usually Apple shows new devices in September, but this year the date of the presentation may be rescheduled. Due to border closures, company executives cannot visit China to approve prototypes, so the presentation will have to be postponed for two months, according to Bloomberg. In other words, the iPhone 12 should be submitted by November.
But other upcoming new items Apple can still transfer. This applies to headphones AirPods Pro Lite, improved wireless charging and the Beats series Bluetooth headset. About it writes Phonearena.
