Heads of federal government bodies, government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments, as well as heads of organizations engaged in the production and release of media have the right to independently determine the number of employees for whom non-working days.

How much will I be paid if I go to work?

Non-working day does not apply to weekends or public holidays, so payment is made at regular rate, not increased.

So who is obliged to work?

In accordance with the Presidential Decree, non-working days do not apply to employees of the following structures:

• hospitals, pharmacies and social service organizations;
• organizations in the field of energy, heat supply, water treatment, water treatment and sewerage;
• organizations providing the population with food and essential goods, as well as structures associated with this process;
• continuously operating organizations in which it is impossible to suspend activities due to production and technical conditions;
• organizations performing urgent work in emergency conditions, in other cases, endangering the life and normal living conditions of the population
• The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its territorial bodies ensuring the payment of pensions;
• The Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and its territorial bodies that ensure the organization and implementation of payments for compulsory insurance;
• Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and territorial compulsory health insurance funds.
