Xiaomi introduced a travel Bluetooth speaker

At a presentation in India, Xiaomi showed a new wireless speaker in the Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker line. This is a miniature palm-sized model that is convenient to take with you. There is a small strap to hang on your backpack and not get lost.

She received protection from dust and moisture according to the IPX5 standard - the column does not care about dust, just like splashes of water. It is better not to take it into the shower, but it will survive the pool party (if not thrown into the water, of course). A 5 W speaker and a radiator that enhances low frequencies are responsible for high-quality sound.

You can connect a music source either via Bluetooth or using an audio port (standard 3.5 mm jack). The large battery with a capacity of 2,000 mAh provides up to 20 hours of battery life in music playback mode and is charged via micro USB.

Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can talk through the speaker: to answer a call, just press a button on the device itself. It supports work with voice assistants on Android and iOS.

Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker was priced at 1 399 Indian rupees (approximately 1 240 rubles). So far, it can only be bought in India, but soon the column should appear on AliExpress.
